Multi-site assessment

Know what is running at every site before it fails.

PazNetworks engineers document your network, Wi-Fi, cabling, security, and cloud systems across every location, then hand you a prioritized plan to fix what puts uptime at risk.

What you walk away with

  • Findings report with a risk rating for each site
  • As-built documentation: network drawings and rack elevations
  • Prioritized remediation plan with an estimate
  • Recommended managed-support scope and SLA tier
  • Assessment fee credited in full toward your remediation project

Scope

What we assess

We start from the systems that take a location offline when they fail, and we work from evidence: controller data, configs, and what we find on site.

Network & Wi-Fi

  • Firewalls, switching, and VLAN segmentation
  • UniFi and Meraki controller configuration
  • Wi-Fi coverage, capacity, and guest/staff SSID separation
  • WAN circuits, failover, and ISP handoffs

Cabling & network closets

  • MDF/IDF condition, labeling, and rack layout
  • Structured cabling and patching
  • Power, UPS runtime, and cooling

Security & physical systems

  • Surveillance cameras, NVR/VMS, and retention
  • Access control panels and credentials
  • Firmware currency and default credentials

Cloud, endpoints & support

  • Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace identity and backups
  • Remote access and admin accounts
  • Monitoring coverage, alerting, and escalation gaps

Deliverables

What you get

Everything is written for the person who owns the budget and usable by the engineer who does the work, whether that is us or your team.

Findings report

  • Each finding rated by risk and business impact
  • What is current, what is stale, and what we could not verify

As-built documentation

  • Network topology drawings for each site
  • Rack elevations and port allocations

Remediation plan & estimate

  • Fixes sequenced by risk, not by vendor
  • Scope, estimate, and timeline for the work

Managed-support recommendation

  • Monitoring and support scope sized to your sites
  • Matching SLA tier and response targets

Process

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Scoping call

We review your locations, critical systems, and known problems, then confirm scope, fee, access, and schedule in writing.

  2. Step 2

    Discovery

Remote review of controllers and configs, plus on-site walkthroughs of network closets, Wi-Fi coverage, and security systems.

  3. Step 3

    Readout

We walk you through findings, documentation, and the remediation plan, and answer questions from your team.

  4. Step 4

    Remediation & managed support

You decide what happens next. We can implement the plan and keep every site monitored under one SLA, or hand the plan to your team.

FAQ

Answers

Assessment questions

Who is the assessment for?

Multi-site operators in franchise, healthcare, hospitality, and retail who need to know the real state of their network, Wi-Fi, security, and cloud systems before a rollout, a renewal, or the next outage.

How long does an assessment take?

It depends on the number of sites and systems in scope. We confirm the timeline on the scoping call, before any work starts.

What does the assessment cost?

The fee depends on the number of sites and systems in scope, and we quote it in writing after the scoping call. If you hire PazNetworks for the remediation project, the assessment fee is credited in full toward it, with no time limit.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to network controllers and admin portals where possible, plus scheduled on-site access to network closets and equipment rooms.

Do we have to use PazNetworks for the remediation?

No. The report and documentation are yours. You can have us implement the plan and move to managed support, or hand it to any qualified team to execute.

Start with a scoping call

Tell us about your sites and what keeps breaking. We will confirm scope, fee, and timeline before any work begins, and the fee is credited in full toward your project if we do the remediation.
